From stuck to flow.
A right hand for founders; someone to think it through and move the work forward with

I've spent the last 8 years learning by doing. Consulting for global brands, building my own wellness tech startup, working in venture, hosting a 6 month mindset + business mastermind, writing a book, leading wellness retreats and consulting with founders.
When I built my first startup, I needed two things. Someone to think creatively and critically with, and someone who could move the needle on the work with me. After a year of working with founders since shutting that startup down, that's become my approach. Strategy and execution.
So that's what I bring. I'll think it through with you, and then I'll help you get it done. Because the best ideas only matter once they're out in the world.

How we can work together
Think of this role like your fractional right hand, chief of staff or head of special projects.
We have a biweekly call where we align on what the priority is for the business and you as a founder, then we scope what projects I work on. We can map this out monthly, quarterly or keep it in sprint based timelines.
Examples of what this work can look like
- Business strategy: Get clear on where you are today, where you want to go and how you'll actually get there. That includes the data you need to track and the rhythm your team needs to stay on course.
- Growth: Map which channels to focus on, plan your content, and build a plan to keep customers coming back
- Marketing: Shape how you show up, both your brand and you as the founder. From positioning and messaging to your newsletter, social and LinkedIn presence.
- Outreach: Pitch press, find and reach out to partners, and open new business development conversations
- Website: Review what's working and rewrite the copy so it sounds like you and converts
- Product: Talk to your users, map out features and set a roadmap you can actually follow
- Fundraising: Audit and tighten your pitch deck, build your investor list, and create the one-pagers and updates investors want to see
- Operations: Turn how things get done into clear processes and briefs, and run the meetings that keep them moving
- Launches and project management: Run the timeline, keep contractors and agencies aligned, and get things over the finish line
- Research: Dig into your customers, your market or the right tools, then bring back a clear recommendation
Don't see what you need on the list? No worries. Most of my career has been jumping into new spaces and figuring it out as I go. That's entrepreneurship when we really think about it, and it's really what the title is meant to insinuate: having someone on your team who is like an extension of the founder.
Best for founders and teams who know their priorities and are ready to delegate.
Your deck might be good. But if you're too close to it (and most founders are by nature) it might not be landing the way you think it is for potential investors.
This audit is a fresh set of eyes on your narrative, your positioning, and the story you're asking investors to have conviction in. We will have a session to go in depth of what you're building, why it matters and why you win. From there, I will review your deck through a lens of whether the case for investment is as clear and compelling as it needs to be. Feedback tends to be a mix of low hanging fruit and more strategic shifts in how you're approaching the pitch, but always honest. The goal is to help you have a better fundraise by sharpening the story you're telling.
Note: this works best with a draft already in hand. We're refining and elevating, not starting from scratch.

Most people don't need more information. They need someone who can cut through the noise, ask the right questions, and help them see their situation clearly.
These sessions are for people at an inflection point in their business — launching something new, pivoting what isn't working, or figuring out whether to close a chapter and what comes next. All the stuff that comes up within those moments is fair game too: the strategy, the mindset, the decisions that feel impossible to make alone.
I've launched, experimented, pivoted, shut something down, and started again with all my learnings intact. I know what each of those feels like from the inside — and this time and space is here to help you navigate yours.
